Chuck Steele and his family have been friends of the pub for a long time. His local farm has proven invaluable to us. He provides us with:
Burgers: All natural, vegetarian-fed Colorado beef with no steroids or antibiotics.
Bacon: Chuck's bacon is one of the highest quality bacons available on the commercial market. It is hardwood smoked and honey cured.
Pork Cushions: This is what we use for pulled pork. Chuck's product like his beef is all natural with no hormones or antibiotics.

Old Style
Louisville, CO

Michael Deborski and his family founded this company more than 40 years ago. They hand make all the sausages we use throughout the year at all three pubs (often times including our beer in the recipe!). We love him because he uses all-natural pork, 80% lean, and he hand trims which is unheard of in this day and age.

Patuxent Farms
Rosemont, IL

This is the farm where we get our chicken breasts and wings. We've had great luck with them for a couple reasons. First off, their wing is the largest, highest quality wing we could find on the market. We also love their chicken breasts because they're all natural and minimally processed with no added ingredients.
